In 1987, Marco and Giulia Rosario arrived from Castellammare di Stabia with two suitcases, a leather notebook of family recipes, and very little English. Six tables on Maple Street. No reservations needed at first — there weren't enough customers.
Word moved through the neighborhood faster than either of them expected. Today their son Antonio runs the kitchen, using the same notebook.
