An integrations page should help a prospective customer understand which systems a business can connect, what work the connection supports, and what discovery is still required. A logo wall without workflow context rarely answers the buying question.

Lead with business workflows

Explain the outcomes the integration supports: lead routing, inventory, scheduling, data import, reporting, notifications, payments, or another process. Name the user or team who benefits and what changes after the connection works.

Describe supported systems accurately

List providers, versions, connectors, APIs, or supported data sources only when the business can maintain the claim. Distinguish native connection, configuration, custom integration, and third-party automation.

Explain data and boundaries

State what records move, the direction, timing, matching, ownership, and important limitations. Do not imply that an integration synchronizes every field or state when the actual workflow requires mapping and review.

The integration discovery checklist and error-handling checklist cover scope and failure.

Show proof without overclaiming

Use a workflow example, implementation boundary, customer result, diagram, or technical explanation that can be supported. Explain what is known and which questions determine whether a connection is a fit.

Address security and ownership

Describe the access, provider, data, support, and handoff questions a buyer should ask. Do not make broad security claims that are not backed by the implementation and review process.

Give a useful next step

Offer an integration discovery, requirements workshop, estimate request, or workflow review. Ask for the systems, records, desired outcome, volume, exceptions, and current pain so the next conversation starts with evidence.

Keep the page current

Review provider names, connectors, versions, screenshots, supported workflows, staff ownership, and related service links after changes. Remove a logo or claim when the business can no longer support it.
