- No page builder (Wix, Squarespace, Elementor) slowing things down
- Images are compressed and not huge raw files
- No unnecessary third-party scripts loading on every page

Clarity
- Visitor understands what you do within 5 seconds of landing
- Your phone number or contact option is visible without scrolling
- The headline describes what you do — not just your business name
- There is a clear next step on every page (call, form, booking)

Mobile
- Text is readable on a phone without pinching to zoom
- Buttons are large enough to tap with a thumb
- Navigation works without a mouse
- Nothing overflows horizontally on a small screen

Search (SEO)
- Each page has a unique title tag describing its content
- Each page has a meta description under 160 characters
- Your city or service area appears naturally in page copy
- Google Business Profile is claimed and complete
- Site has been submitted to Google Search Console

Trust
- The site has an About page with real information about the business
- Contact details (phone, email, or address) are easy to find
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages exist
- Reviews or testimonials are visible somewhere on the site

Technical
- SSL certificate is active (padlock in browser address bar)
- www and non-www both work and redirect to the same URL
- No broken links on the main pages
- Sitemap exists and has been submitted to Google
